Repair work for the sauna deck was more extensive than what was expected this year. After the 500 pound sauna stove is moved, further deck repair will commence sometime next year.
Club president Markus Haukka was able to get some repair work done during the short dry spell.
More helpers will be needed to repair the deck next year.

Paska Lake Repair Work
Some required repair work was started on the sauna deck in May, but it more rot was found in the deck than what was expected. In order for all our club members to be able to enjoy the use of the sauna deck safely we hope to have more club volunteers next year to help with the work. Next year we will be looking to do the work during a drier part of the season. Thank-you to the volunteers that were able to come up.
